As a social worker

Professionally qualified and experienced persons may join us on contract as a social worker on specific project assignment in the fields of-
1. Documentation
2. Project Planning
3. Project monitoring and reporting
4. Data collection and analysis
5. Statutory provisioning and
6. Resource Planning. Terms of contract shall be fully dependant on the provisions made in the project as approved by the Donor / Granting agency.

As a volunteer

A volunteer is one who dreams about a society free from exploitation and poverty surrounding the society or profession he belongs to. He has a vision, missionary zeal and will to act in a planned manner irrespective of his standing or recourses. He is never a part of the problem, but always part of the solution. He analyses the situation impartially as per his own perspective and identifies the key factors responsible for any specific problem under his survey. Since there are very few problems that have not been taken care of in one scheme / law or another, its delivery is suspect due to corruption, inefficiency of the delivery mechanism, ignorance of the beneficiaries or lack of resources. A volunteer is always capable of identifying the problem, and willingly accepts pains to apply the options available in the existing scheme or may even innovate an alternative mechanism that may ensure better delivery. Volunteering either part time or full time but a volunteer will always look for an opportunity to lend his might selflessly to an issue that concerns the society. Gram Sudhar Samiti (GSS) welcomes volunteers to join and discover the thrill of selfless service and do your bit for a change instead of just blaming others for each and every wrong.

As a Donor / Sponsor

You are an integral part of the society you belong to. One section of the same society is privileged and other deprived. Deprived not due to their destiny but due to their helplessness or lack of our sensitivity. Gram Sudhar Samiti (GSS) provides you an opportunity and platform to participate in a program that targets the deprived. Stand up to your social responsibility if you can, if privileged, if your heart aches for the poor and above all if you love social peace and harmony. Your contribution may be instrumental in some dreams fulfilled, some tears wiped out and some change in social thinking. What we can assure at our end is-
1. Advance information about the project you offer to support.
2. Project designed to your choice if fully sponcered.
3. Information regarding place and duration of the project
4. List of beneficieries selected for the project in advance
5. Your direct involvement in the implementation / monitoring process if demanded
